We stand by every product we sell. If you change your mind or the product isn’t exactly what you expected, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

How to Return an Item

To return an item within 30 days of receipt, email us at Info@triumphliftus.com with your order number, and we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you confirmation of your refund.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories. The manufacturer will determine eligibility for a refund. Items showing visual signs of wear or damage due to use will not be accepted.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within 5 days of receipt at our warehouse and will be processed via the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

Like-new returns may incur a restocking fee of 15–25%, depending on the manufacturer.

Damages

Inspect items upon delivery. Note damages immediately when signing or refuse delivery if necessary. Send photos of damaged items to Info@triumphliftus.com on the day of delivery. Triumph Lift covers shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Keep all original packaging for returns. Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact our customer service immediately. - Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund (processed within 3 days). - Orders canceled after shipment follow our 30-Day Return Policy and are subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes

Some products may have vendor-specific return restrictions, which will be noted in product descriptions. Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return. Triumph Lift sells products for their full economic life. Orders purchased for “one-time use” purposes (trade shows, promotions, temporary use) are not eligible for return.
